Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy
Effective November 2, 2026
This policy is for residents of Washington (My Health My Data Act), Nevada (SB 370) and Connecticut, and for consumer health data we collect or process in those states. “Consumer health data” means personal information that identifies your past, present or future physical or mental health, including the fact that you looked for or received health care. It adds to our Privacy Policy. Health information covered by HIPAA is protected under HIPAA instead.
Our commitments
- We collect consumer health data only with your consent, or as needed to provide a service you asked for.
- We share it only with your consent, or as needed to provide a service you asked for.
- We never sell consumer health data.
- We do not use geofencing around places where health care is provided.
- On our website, analytics and advertising cookies stay off until you turn them on, and advertising is always off when your browser sends Global Privacy Control.
Consumer health data we collect, and why

Where it comes from
From you; from MD Integrations and its licensed clinicians; from pharmacies and laboratories that fill your orders; from our payment processor; and, if you allow it, from analytics on our website.
Consumer health data we share
The categories above, shared only as needed for each purpose: health intake information with MDI’s clinicians; prescriptions with pharmacies; lab orders with laboratories; order details with the companies that ship and support them. Website usage goes to our analytics provider only if you allow analytics, and marketing-page visits to advertising platforms only if you allow advertising.
Who we share it with
We have no affiliates that receive consumer health data. The third parties are:
- Telehealth and clinicians: MD Integrations and its licensed providers
- Pharmacies: GoGoMeds, Strive Pharmacy
- Laboratories and testing: Evexia Diagnostics, LabCorp, Quest Diagnostics, OmegaQuant, Tiny Health, 3X4 Genetics, Travalab
- Payments: Stripe
- Hosting, email and address suggestions: Amazon Web Services
- Analytics: Ours Privacy (only with your permission)
- Email marketing: ActiveCampaign (only if you opted in)
- Text messages: Bird
- Reviews: Trustpilot
- Advertising: Meta and Google (only with your permission, marketing-page visits only)
Your rights
You have the right to:
- confirm whether we collect, share or sell your consumer health data, and get a copy of it;
- get a list of every third party and affiliate we have shared it with, and how to contact them;
- withdraw your consent at any time;
- have your consumer health data deleted, including by the service providers that hold it for us;
- appeal if we decline your request.
To make a request, use our privacy request form, or email support@huhealth.co with “Consumer health data request” in the subject. You can withdraw website consent at any time with “Cookie Preferences” at the bottom of every page. We will confirm who you are, respond within 45 days (or tell you if we need up to 45 more), and pass deletion requests on to our service providers. If we decline, reply to our answer to appeal; we will answer within 45 days. If your appeal is denied, you can contact your state attorney general (in Washington, atg.wa.gov/file-complaint).
